About the Project
Annole is a simple store management app that makes running a store easier. It helps store managers save time and work better with features like tracking inventory and managing customers. We wanted to make tricky tasks simple by giving store managers a powerful and easy-to-use mobile tool.
Our team worked hard to create a smooth experience with a user-friendly design, perfect for people who aren’t tech experts.
Problem Statement
Store managers often struggle with manual processes, difficulty in managing inventory, generating professional invoices, and maintaining smooth customer interactions. These challenges lead to inefficiencies and missed opportunities for business growth.
How We Solved It
We focused on keeping things simple and easy to use, creating clear and straightforward tools to manage transactions, inventory, and customers. We added a feature to make professional invoices, so users can quickly send them through WhatsApp or save them as PDFs.
We also designed over 50 screens to make the app look great and ensure everything is easy to find and use.
Design System & Guidelines
Our style guide focused on keeping things clear and easy to use. We used a simple design to make sure all the screens look consistent, are user-friendly, and have a professional feel.
